Is it just me; what is going on with her nose. Looks swollen.
I'm no boob expert but they do look like that because she went to a sucky surgeon or do they look like that because they are too 'new' and haven't settled yet? She's had them for a while but don't they take time settle?

I don't think any PS can bring boobs closer together if that is how your chest is naturally. The implant has to go where your breasts are, unless I'm wrong how on earth would they move them together?
