They insisted they were 'just friends' after they were spotted 'canoodling' during a lunch date last month.
But Cameron Diaz and Diddy have once again fuelled romance rumours after an another encounter at Dream Downtown Hotel in New York last weekend.
The 39-year-old actress and the 42-year-old rapper were caught 'making out like teenagers', according to Life and Style magazine.

The outing comes after the Bad Teacher actress enjoyed an amorous lunch with the music mogul at Scarpetta in Beverly Hills last month.
According to Us Weekly magazine the pair were seen ‘making out, acting romantic,’ a source revealed.
Cameron is said to be enjoying a dalliance with Diddy, rekindling a romance with the rapper.
Cameron and Diddy, real name Sean Combs, are said to have first gotten together in 2008 after meeting at the Oscars.
But in October it appeared the pair had reconciled after they were spotted at Catch restaurant in NYC, with a source telling Us Weekly that the two were: ‘inseparable, they had their hands all over each other.’

A source close to the rapper and businessman, who has dated the likes of Jennifer Lopez in the past said: ‘Diddy’s single whenever there’s a better offer on the table.’
However a representative for Miss Diaz denied the couple are getting together.
A source told MailOnline last month: ‘They are not romantically involved.’
