I don't think she is, tbh. She was probably just there 'cause Diddy was there as well.
The PR parade is one of the biggest in the city, people from all backgrounds go there. I would appreciate seeing their culture celebrated, but I don't go because it is a madhouse. There were quite a few good looking Puerto Rican men around town, even more than usual.

Love the sweater and the GZ's. I wish she was a more popular star so she would be papped every freaking day. She would run circles around some of other popular celebs who's style isn't worth the paparazzi's film.
