I read somewhere that the collaboration is just that she model their lookbook and they both get publicity for it (The pics get all over the blogs. So she get promotion and since she's wearing their line they get publicity). And they promote her album by having a shirt that says "ElectroLove" [the title of her album]...Could be wrong though.

I had no idea. Always thought it was just the one side! 
It is just one side of her head, I remember her joking around on twitter that she might shave the other side of her head for her B-day.

My bad, I thought it was shaved on both sides in this pic. But I guess I got her confused with when Rihanna shaved all her sides. Too many people shaving their heads these days, I can't keep up.
