It would be sexy, fun, and make you look older (which is always a good thing when you're young and have a young looking face). It's rare that a cut like that will really suit someone, so I'd go for it. Make sure you have a stylist you really really trust and then ask them to do any modifications they see necessary to work best for your face/hair type. Please post after pics!!!

I am so excited for you... I wanted that cut but I have wavy/ frizzy hair full of cowlicks and my stylist laughed when I asked him to do it... so I did a modified version of it. But I LOVE that haircut.

I sue to spike my hair when i was a teenager i figure if I can do that. I can probably do this... i hope~

It is my opinion that to wear your hair very short you must have perfect facial features. Not everyone does, and that's ok but short hair will make your face the center of attention so keep that in mind. Short hair will also accentuate features that are easier to draw attention away from with longer hair, so keep that in mind too.
