I called the 800 so i can get the number to the Public relations dept. they gave me the corp number but i could not get through. (Keihl's.. , go figure, they have the worst CS) Even though i love the Keihl's B&B products.

anyway, i called the 800 number again to see if they had a specific PR dept, That is when the CS rep asked me why. I explained, and she repsonded that she was very aware of Shu pulling out of the US market. And they are closing all the US boutiques.

All we can hope is that another company like EL will pick them back up? IDK.. :sad:

i picked up some stuff yesterday and today.


bought 2 eyeshadows, a eyelash curler, several travel packs of cleansing oil and 3 full size bottles, eyebrow gel, foundation brush and a lipgloss. oh! and also several eyelashes.

i bought the UV under base mousse. i noticed the guy gave me beige but i can tell from the online color swatch that it is too light for me. does anyone know if this comes in other colors?

have you ever tried the mousse primer? the beige doesn't add or change the color of your skin. it's more neutralizing. almost like SB color correcting primers. the beige is for all (most) skin types. you don't have to worry, it should be fine. :smile1:

well i asked for a primer and this is what the guy gave me! is this the same thing as what i bought or is the mousse primer different from what i bought?

TPFers in Canada, don't panic. I found out today from the Shu SA in Holts Toronto that Shu is staying in Canada because their sales are better here than in the US. So we don't have to worry about it. Unfortunately for the US , you guys are losing a great brand as you know.

im still in shock. while i don't use that many Shu products, i do like their foundations. liquid and powder. im glad i know my colors..

P.S. which means they should not charge any of here in the US sales tax right???
