I just ordered a Hac 32 in ardennes. Cannot wait to have a collection of HACs!
I’m pretty sure Casa is the real name for this bag (sac casa) but if you find out otherwise I’d love to learn!
I unfortunately decided to send this bag back after using it for a couple times, the strap length proved a little inconvenient to me, hanging at an awkward location when I wear it. I’d totally love it if I can find a matching strap in a better length, but don’t know if that is possible

Oh that is unfortunate that it did not work out, it's a very unique bag. When I took it in for Spa treatment, they did confirm the name was "Casa Sac." I'm awaiting further information (such as the type and name of the leather) when I pick it back up, which I hope is soon, as they noted the needed repairs/refurbishment are minimal (I just got the estimate via email an hour ago: "Clean + Makeup + Finish: Bags / Classic Leathers").

The Geneviève Fontan books about Hermes bags and leathers are great source books.
I have two: 'Guide et Code de Sacs Hermes' and 'Memoire . . .' Book I.
However the English translations are bad; worse than not being idiomatic, too many of the words used are just wrong: e.g. the simple term for what we would call 'piping' is called 'bangle'.
I would love to own a Hac 32 and a Dalvy... such classic bags.

I wonder why they discontinued it? I imagine seeing all sorts of fabulous SO colour combos in this style-I mean I've dont know if they did it but imagine in Natural Barenia and Toile! Or black and white!

My HAC32 sitting on a delivery box in my hallway... it is ardennes leather, very light and easy to handle!

I would be over the moon if Ghillies bags returned to production!!! It’s too much to hope for. I’m going to mention it to my SA just in case. In the meantime, I hope to at least see more pictures. Thanks for posting these.
