Lovely choice Mayfly, she's gorgeous ............enjoy, how did her debut go and where did you take her?

Could this be the start of something? Totally agree that LV have far more attention to detail. I remember you said awhile ago you felt tempted to sell the whole lot and buy a Hermes. That definitely sounded a tad drastic :amazed: but a déjà vu. I had to downsize and the only way for me to part with my Mulbs was replace several with Chanel & LV. That way I didn't regret letting them go, always had a goal, my collection is far smaller :p and my bags feel more special.

Lol, I'm going through the same process with my scarves now. I've amassed an embarrassing amount  I'm trying to save the proceeds for when I can shop at Heathrow LV next but it's not going well. I've got distracted and bought a couple of pre-loved beauties ..............but I'm determined not to stray again. I desperately want the LV Devorgram Monogram shawl, so quite a bit of selling is still required!

Hi MG [emoji137] Miss LV initially came along to a girls' night in (where she was much admired/stroked!) but her real début was last Tuesday, to a Swing Band concert at DD1's school. She's certainly not roomy, but she held my small Somerset purse, iPhone 5S, tissues, lippy and car keys comfortably - and it was lovely not to cart the kitchen sink with me! She was quickly spotted by an LV aficionado, who wanted to know all about her! [emoji5]
I still intend to downsize, but need to be sure that I don't have seller's regret - hence, I'm road testing a few bags before they get shipped off! I don't think a Birkin will ever suit my lifestyle, sadly, but you never know! [emoji6]

I'm really feeling like I've lost my mulberry love - which I didn't think would ever happen! I've sold two bags in the last couple of weeks which has allowed me to fund a special non mulberry purchase [emoji33]

My newest bag, Celine phantom in grey [emoji173]

Lovely , how are you finding her, is she heavy? Do you mind me asking which bags you moved on? Was it an easy decision?

I've only had her since Friday but it's definitely love at first sight! I carried her when I went shopping yesterday and she wasn't too heavy at all - much lighter than a Bayswater I would say.

The quality of the bag seems higher than the mulberries I've owned in all honesty. I sold on a medium oak lily and black del Rey to fund the purchase, still have some pennies left for whatever I decide to purchase next. Toying with the idea of a bal or a Chloe!

I'm surprised she lighter than bays, I always think they look heavy, the leather does look beautiful. Enjoy using her and enjoy spending your left over funds :-)

+1
Me too
they do look like they weigh a ton!!!

It really doesn't, not sure why, but I couldn't take my Bays shopping without my arm hurting and yesterday I was absolutely fine.

How about capacity? Which one fits more?

Think capacity is probably similar, perhaps slightly more in the phantom but that's partly because of the expandable wings.
