Does anyone know if Hermes will resize rings? I purchased the rose gold diamond echappee ring a bit ago and it is now huge on me since losing quite a bit of weight. Just curious if anyone has done this before through Hermes or if i need to take it to a local jeweler to resize?

I've been wearing my CDC and chaine d'ancre rings pretty much daily for years. The CDC ring must be 7-8 years old at least. Both are still definitely rose gold. Then again, so is my Cartier bracelet although that's not more than a couple years old.
The surface of rose gold oxidizing is pretty dependent on environment, so I'm sure it varies a lot person to person. I'll ask my jewelry SA if there is platinum in Hermes RG that withstands oxidation, the way there is in Rolex RG.
Did you happen to find out from your jewelry SA if the Hermes RG contains platinum? Thanks!!

Has anyone experienced any issues with the clasp of the farandole necklace? I wonder if the toggle clasp is secure enough and whether it may fall out during wear.

I have this exact necklace - been wearing it on daily basis for 1 year + including exercises, no problem at all with the clasp :) in fact I love this style because it's so darn easy to wear :)

Never did ask, but none of my jewelry has changed, and I wear the same pieces from France to Singapore to Mustique to the US etc etc etc. Been at the beach much of the summer and no issues. I've had my CDC ring over a decade now with almost daily wear, and a couple of my bracelets are several years in.

FWIW though, my Cartier rose gold has held up also, and I have several RG ear piercings from various jewelers that are also fine - and I swim in those! I think some of the issues folks are talking about might be with plated items as opposed to "solid" gold alloy?
