Oh wow so they actually can adjust them. I'm located in Canada, hopefully the policy's the same. Was it complimentary? And wow 3 months to have it back is a long wait!

I think it might be 2-3 months in Paris store and 3-4 months in US? Either way the jewelry is shipped to Paris to be adjusted and needs to be picked up from the same store. I was told the company will do it from any store. I wish I knew sooner so I could have extended another necklace.

I decided to try all three rings on one finger. It's two rose gold and one silver, but for some reason, looks tri-colored. I've never noticed because I generally wear them on different hands.

H does not do anything custom with the regular jewelry line as far as I know. Now that you mention it, my VCA back seems to slide off slowly throughout the day and it must be because it is thinner.

I don't think so because I asked in London and then in Paris. I can't wear Hermes fine jewellery posts comfortably. The thinner posts VCA swapped out are so much better for me. Sigh.

Oo I thought I'm the only one having issues with H earrings. I thought it was an allergy reaction, but I don't think RG contains nickel unless it's contaminated. My ears are unhappy with H earrings, and I struggle with the small button to remove it!
