thank you for your advice ! I’ll have to try it on at the store and see how it fits, but I’m not sure what the standard is for how it *should* fit. Would u recommend that it’s snug enough that it stays put? The pic of the model wearing it seems like a little loose. I guess to each their own, but I sooo wish they had both sizes available for me to try so I know which one I would prefer. I suppose I could exchange for the Kelly bangle but I absolutely adore this design!

I have small wrists, and the short is actually a little loose on me. My SA did mention that it might be possible to send it to NYC to have it shortened, but I didn’t ask for details and she said it in passing, so you might want to ask your SA if this is actually possible. (I’ve had to shorten my VCA bracelets so I asked her if Hermes does this as well.)

My CDC bangle is in standard, only because the standard sits perfectly flush with my Cartier bracelets (size 17 but I probably should’ve gotten a 16), although short was a better fit on my wrist.

The gourmette hangs differently since it’s flexible so I prefer it a little tighter so that it’s not flopping around as much. I don’t think there’s a standard for how it “should” fit; it’s personal preference and what feels comfortable for you. But I definitely would not recommend getting the standard size if it doesn’t feel right on you. You won’t enjoy wearing it, then what would be the point.

Here’s a picture I took to compare the gourmette and CDC bangle. (I don’t actually stack them like that.) I currently wear my gourmette with my watch since it doesn’t stack well with my other bangles. I’ll prob get a RG Nantucket or a faubourg watch with a chain strap next to go with my gourmette. I also included a pic of my CDC stacked with Love. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for your response and pictures! I hope since it's an online order (although I did order through my SA), they will honor a refund if the size doesn't match :( Or can they call if any nearby stores have inventory? I'm not sure how it works. But beautiful stack!!

Hi all I’ve been mostly buying rose gold jewelry from H but have been more attracted to white gold stuff recently. I feel like there seems to be fewer white gold pieces (and RIP yellow gold) so for those of you who’ve bought white gold from H, did you have to spend more time waiting / asking your SA to hunt them down? I’m not sure if it’s really worth it if it’s too much work!!

I only buy white gold and it was fairly easy for me. It really depends on what item you are looking for.

Thanks!! That is great to hear. I am mainly an earrings person and so far I’ve only run into the finesse earring in white gold at my store. Bracelets on the other hand I do feel like I have seen some more white gold pieces of. I just don’t even know which styles they make in white gold for earrings! Perhaps time to go ask my SA!

To further add, I ordered this bracelet through my SA. I was a little hesitant when I saw the actual thing though, as it was thinner and daintier than I had imagined - it wasn't the sort of bracelet I would usually buy. But I grew to like it after I tried it on. It's very lightweight and adds a touch of sparkle without looking too OTT.

Thank you for the response! It does seem very dainty, how has it held up for you so far ? Do you wear it daily? I kind of love it though! Understated but very elegant
