So far this is my first and only piece of Hermés fine jewelry, the Kelly Gourmette bracelet in White Gold. She was my birthday gift last month… I thought I would just buy some shoes, twillies and housewares but ended up walking out with this beauty too She was too pretty to leave behind. I’m very impressed with the quality of the diamonds and look forward to adding more pieces to my collection over time
Hi! Can i ask if you’re in the us? I’ve been wanting this bracelet for a while but no luck finding it in my size.

Hi there! Yes, I am in the US. I happened to get very lucky with getting this bracelet. I believe someone else had been waiting some time for it in two sizes and this was the left over size that did not work out for them. So this was the only piece they had available. It just happened to be the perfect fit for me.

Hello ladies and gentlemen! Yesterday bought this necklace in the store and something weird was happening. Lots of SAs gathered around the necklace when I was already at the checkout and chatted about something for a long time and then I heard that one SA said to my SA that well done that you sold it I was thinking that nobody will buy it. I told my SA that I heard it and asked why she said so and why it took so long to proceed with the purchase. He did not tell me anything clear. So when I came back home I studied it carefully and the only thing that I might question are these two marks. It’s very small, I tried to zoom in my phone as close as possible but still can not tell clearly what is it. Does anybody know what are these or what else can become the reason of their behavior? They also could not find the price tag for a long time but the silent chatting was after they found price.

The markings are gold hallmarks, they differ by country so in this case they are French hallmarks (as Hermès jewelry is made in France)

Thank you so much!
so now I don’t get why it was that SA performance. Either they also don’t know that or it was something else about that necklace.
Sounds like it was a piece they were finding it difficult to sell. I know at my store some of the items in the jewelry display have been there for literally years (to the point where they look to be tarnishing). I’m sure thered be a small reaction of an SA finally was able to sell one of those items and they’d likely check it for damage/wear/tarnish before wrapping it up.
