I tried on this exact same ring this past weekend. I assumed that as a French brand, sizing would be similar to Cartier wherein I wear a 48 on my index finger; however, found that I had to size up to a 49. It's only one millimeter but I was surprised that the 49 was perfectly snug. HTH!

I tied two knots on the chain of the RG one temporary fix until I can have it shortened professionally!
