I think it is leather. The book itself is small, and is mostly about the factory process, and how the employees spend their day. I chose the particular pictures that I posted because you can see the bags in those pictures.

Someone posted about it in either the ID or Authenticate thread, and being a compulsive shopper, I hopped over to Amazon and grabbed one. Luckily I was able to find it for about $6 shipped.

Here is the link where I found mine on Amazon. Some of these are marked as paperback, others are "unknown binding".
