I have been avoiding thrift stores for months and months because I have far too many bags and other stuff and I don't want to become the star on an episode of Hoarders!
But this morning, after I finished an errand, I found that I had a half-hour to kill before an appointment and that I was in a local strip mall that has a Goodwill Store.
So I figured "I will just browse the GW store while I am waiting. After all, I can't do much damage in 20 minutes, right?!" Well, I discovered that I haven't lost my eye for the bargains! Here are today's finds!
First I looked at the bags (of course!) and under a pile of cheap wallets and coin purses I found a 2010 FP Plum Coach Patient Gramercy Wristlet 43229 SV PM in perfect condition for $3.99 (MSRP = $98)
Then I wandered over to the area where they have drawstring and shopping bags and I found a large Coach dustbag for $3.99.
Then I peaked into a bin and pulled out 2 pair of brand new, still in the package, Emporio Armani men's socks for $3.99.
And as I walked past the Christmas display on the way to the checkout I spied 4 mugs that match my sister's Waechtersbach German china for $1 each.
So everything I bought today cost $4 each. I spend $16 in only 20 minutes and got some great bargains IMO! Here are the pics of my finds.
Aww I really like that wristlet. My first Coach wallet ever was also a grammercy in a deep purple. It could be the same purple tho mine is not patent. Cute mugs there too!
