I remembered it was time again for this thread! Anyone been adding new straw/raffia/wicker/etc to their collection lately?

Last year, early summer I broke down and got the Saint Laurent I’d wanted, but I don’t think I shared it here? It is like the ultimate straw tote at least for me, and I’m still loving it. It’s so easy.

The prospect of wicker breakage has always made me too nervous to splurge on a wicker bag from, say, Hermes or Chanel, whereas this little number from Zara causes no such fear and is super fun to wear. I may remove the orca, though - bag charms aren’t for me

Very pretty! I love HK’s line, it’s really well done and attractive.

I have the YSL crossbody and am trying to decide whether or not to sell it and get this instead. I'm a shortie and the crossbody is too long in the strap (I want to wear it on the shoulder).

Ah, yes, uniform kilts rolled up to make an odd sort of miniskirt. I totally forgot about that! I always hated having longer limbs since the rule was that the skirt had to be longer than your fingertips when your arms were at your side. Well, at least when adults were looking anyway.
