Ooops! Pardon my error, the stone in my ring is peridot (not emerald, as I mistakenly said in my earlier post). Whew! Sorry for the confusion. :noggin:

clumpy dumpy, can you please tell us more about your ring? What stone is it (Sapphire? Tanzanite?) , what size is the center stone, and where did you get that royal ring from???

Thanks ladies! It's 10K gold with blue and white sapphires. I got it from Zales. Sadly nothing fancy...a placeholder for the real thing. :graucho:

I wore it for the first time today and didn't have any sliding issues but yeah, the band is super thin. I don't think I would wear it every day as I prefer something with a more substantial band.

Here are my right hand rings. My Tiffany rings, Yellow citrine, Frank Gehry Star in titanium and the Ametyst Garden flower ring. The other 3 are rings my DH had made for me for Valentine's gifts. An emerald, a moonstone and my favorite pink tourmaline.
