I got a new ring from my mom for my recent birthday!

Not sure of the specs but it's from Club Solitaire in JKT. My ring size is 8 1/2.

There's 10 side stones and the heart is made out of 8 diamonds, 4 princess and the 4 that makes the curves are squared on in inner side but rounded on the edges??? I've been trying to see if it's just the setting that makes it look rounded but the table is also rounded (but square on the inner sides..)
