This thread is like porn to me, my gosh!! I have to say that Americans have such brilliant, fun taste in jewellery - you very rarely see amazing pieces like the ones in this thread here. Understated is the way we do it here, which is nice of course, but I'd love to see more eye popping pieces around! They're miniature works of art.

I'm very impatiently waiting on my very first right hand ring (my first ring at all actually - I have none! ). I have to wait 6 - 8 long weeks for it to be re-made into my size. It's my 24th birthday present to myself and my first 'real' jewellery purchase. I'll be back to post pics! tPF is single handedly responsible for my new found jewellery obsession, thanks.
