I ordered a Neverfull GM and am struggling with the strap drop. It fits but barely and I feel it makes the bag sit too high. I saw some reviews that the graceful could be an option due to the slouch of the top. Can anyone confirm this? How does the size of the Graceful MM compare?

What canvas did you get? The vachetta straps will break in and increase the drop, at least in my experience.
Ah, I don’t know then. But the newer leather is softer so could also happen?
