Op I am so sorry this happened to you. I hope you went to the police so hopefully they can catch them especially if you have a good description of them or they might of done this before.
As far as dressing it is hard to under dress when you are going to work, unless you change before and after commute. As far as dressing i am sure thugs target someone who is vunerable such as those unable to run, (usually elderly). Horrible incident.
