Should I report scored label?

I was interested in this item:

I asked for more pictures, which I got, along with this answer:

Yes I attach some more photos for you. It is absolutely imaculate! It was given to me by someone who works for Mullberry hence the slightly scored through label. It is litterally brand new. I dont have the care card or dustbag etc. though.

I have a reserve on the bag for £300.

Thank you for your interest."

I answered her e-mail and adviced her to inform about the scored label but she didn't take that into consideration.

Do I need to report this to eBay?

Mulberry themselves remove listings with scored through labels they are not a listing offence though as they are real bags.

I sent a link of the listing to Mulberry customer services when i found one on ebay. Ebay won't be interested as the seller isn't committing an offence.

I just received an e-mail from seller: she was not aware that she wasn't allowed to sell the bag so she has removed it from eBay in order not to get her friend in trouble.
