Should I buy this Jolicoeur tote?

Hello! I'm new in this forum and I'm thinking about buying my first Gucci!
Is this Jolicoeur medium tote good for an everyday bag? It rains a lot where I'm from.
This is a second hand bag but I'm fine with it as long as it is authentic. (I hope..)
The price is 530-545$ (approximately). Do you think it's overpriced in this condition?

Help me decide please...

It looks good but I'm no expert (I've never been into Gucci). The leather looks like it is really dry and needs a little conditioning - how old is it? Is this the one that sells for $2,000 new?

The seller told me she bought it for 3-4 years ago from Hong Kong and slightly used.

it is definitely an everyday bag! I have a friend using the same but her leather trims are in beige colour. This is the one in Medium size right? I love the one in the smallest size but too bad it's discontinued

The price is acceptable for it's condition. Looks quite new to me. but make sure it is an authentic bag, I'm no expert but this bag looks good to me.

I have this exact bag (large size, same color). I bought it in the summer of 2007, although I believe it was for the holiday season. I used it as an everyday bag and loved it! The only downside is that, since it is very light, it shows wear easily and the corners get worn very quickly (the fabric starts to fray).
