Has anyone tried to order from them recently? I placed an order for a D-Spec Fabric/Leather Protector. It's been a week, and the order still has not shipped. The phone numbers on their website are no longer in service.

What should I do? Thanks in advance!

Did you ever receive the item? I ordered 3 weeks ago and still nothing! I'm getting annoyed. I left a message and e-mailed them. I have not heard anything yet.

I always was told to stay away from them, lots of people complained about them.
