Thanks Samantha...I am going back to school! I started this week, taking a watercolor and a creative writing class. I will still be working at my consulting business, but that is only maybe 20 hours a week.
I really would like to get into a writers group. I've always wanted to try writing...possibly short stories to start. Who knows?
I will be traveling with DH a little more often now as well.

BTW...love all the new shoes!!!! I wish I could wear high heels, but I look like I am going to fall over any minute and feel so unsteady...I'm such a clod!

Sounds exciting and very creative future endeavors. More travel is always good too. I enjoy reading and writing too. English Lit major in college.

As much as I love the look of heels I still love my flats or wedges much more. You seem to always have cute flats and I love your new boots!!!

Thanks Poleramil! I will be laying off the MJ for a while. Great classic everyday bags. Totally different feel than Jimmy Choo. JC designs exciting bags IMO.

Thank you Stinkerbelle. You are way too kind. Those are one of my favorites too:love:.

I know how you feel Abi. My shopping is lacking around me so I buy my best purchases online or over the phone. I kind of like it that way. You scope out what you want and do not end up with impulse buys. I do enjoy traveling to Orlando, Boca, Tampa, etc. to see what is out there and get an IRL fix. BTW, shopping with friends can be tough sometimes. Different interests and stamina:graucho:. I have found a couple friends that I am a compatible shopper with:laugh:

Thanks Robyn. Come on...You can tell those babies are boats. I should look into a photo shop program to make them look like 6s:cutesy:

Oh, BTW, did anyone else have trouble getting on tPF last night?

 Samantha - You are so right! Hey - are you in FL? I moved from there because of the military! Orlando is always a good place to shop! :okay:

I am revisiting this thread due to post holiday sales. I have cheated on Jimmy with Karl and bought a Fendi Pomegranate Spy. I really love the Spy bag, and have no idea why...some are really garish and downright scary looking. But this orange one was screaming my name:

Jburgh - your Spy is magnificent! I have a Zucca Spy which I loooooove:heart:

Thanks! I'm waiting anxiously for them. Supposedly I'll get one in a week and the other is to follow the week after. I hope I like them as much as I like the pictures!

I have a few more fun additions. I raided Cindy Crawfords closet and found two shirts that I love:graucho:

A colorful T-bags top. She has my favorite skinny Ernest Sewns on too. Way to go Cindy!

Ooooh....the bracelet is TDF!!! SO pretty....I love cuff bracelets!

And I thought I was the only one in the land who liked strawberry rhubarb pie!

You know, you have to be careful when making this pie because rhubarb leaves are poisonous. Yeah....me being a terrible cook and all, I found that out when I made the pie for my first husband. :graucho:

SO kidding! The little guy is still alive and kicking! But it is true about the leaves being poisonous....just one of a million irrelevant facts I keep stored in my memory banks!

Thanks Stinkerbell:flowers: I love cuffs too!
I did not know of the poisonous nature of the leaves:nuts: I would not call that small bit of info trivial. Sound like your ex might have at the very least deserved an upset stomach from a leaf or two.
So you know how good this pie can be:graucho: Cindy and Randy were raving about this pie. They take it to friends homes instead of wine and Cindy bakes it for her hubby all the time. I decided to test it out. It got rave reviews. We topped it with Hagan Daz Vanilla icecream. It is now one of my staples too. Thanks Cindy!

1 more vote on the Cuff and Earnest Sewn jeans!!! Way to go Samantha!!! Fabulous fabulous!!:okay: I'm curious - can you wear this Cuff on the arm too? I love those - specially for Spring and Summer. Very eclectic and if it's the right one - it looks good.
