My vote is the solid hammered wg to go with the onyx pave to wear as a necklace. I realize it's a SO, but I see no reason to pay around $13-14k for the bracelet that would mostly be on the back of your neck! I have these two pieces and would not wear two 5's as a necklace because I like the length of a 10 better. But I think they'd work great together. (I don't think wg GMOP/pave would look as good with the onyx/pave.)

In addition, the solid hammered PG would work well as the back piece of the PG gray MOP pave bracelet. I like the hammered ones because they could potentially be worn that way with any other stone bracelets in that metal.
Thank you. I should have mentioned that I cannot wear all WG or all PG (washes me out/blends in). I do have a full set in YG hammered as well as diamond YG earrings and a few random PG pave pieces (Pave 2 stone earrings with GMOP and the pave single vintage pendant in PG).

However, I am unexplainable crazy about the SO WG and GMOP (all stone) since it brings out the shimmery silver in the GMOP. I am thinking now I will get the lapis pave bracelet if I can…otherwise the onyx WG bracelet and just wear them as bracelets, I do not have any WG VCA necklace, though many from other brands, so would the WG pave bracelet look ok worn with a SO 10 GMOP in WG? Otherwise I would SO either a WMOP YG alternating pave 10 or YG hammered alternating pave 10 and not get the WG onyx pave bracelet (or just pair it with other brands in WG or platinum). Oddly; I have a fair number of WG/platinum pave pieces from Cartier and they look great on my skin tone, so I could pair those with the WG onyx bracelet.

I also happen to think the gray mop is most beautiful in wg! I have seen pictures of Pure Alhambra gmop in wg and thought it was sooo beautiful! I wish they'd either have all the stones in all color metals or at least make the SO more reasonable, such as a 10% premium.

I certainly think you could wear the onyx pave with other wg/platinum and diamond jewelry. I have the VA wg pave earrings and pendant, but when that's too much, I just wear diamond studs or other wg earrings with the onyx/pave bracelet. If you are asking if I'd wear a 10 wg/gmop with the onyx/pave bracelet, I'd say no. I don't think they'd work well together. If you mean the all pave wg bracelet with the 10 wg/gmop, that would work fine other than the all pave bracelet is somewhat more dressy than the necklace to me. The yellow gold 10s sound great, too, other than you already have a full yg hammered set. The lapis bracelet would be a great addition, though, if you can find one.

However, what I am hearing you say is that you really love the wg/gmop, so doing a SO 10 would be a good place to start if you don't mind changing metals when you already have the pg/gmop/pave 2 motif earrings.

This is helpful, especially coming from someone who owns or has owned several pieces in consideration. Your WG onyx pave pairs so well with your all WG. Did you have the chance to see if the lapis pave worked equally well with all YG when you had it in your collection?
I am convinced that WG onyx, all WG hammered and PG GMOP bracelets will become part of the regular line at some point. I doubt WG GMOP will, though I agree with you that I love the combo. I have never seen it in person, so it is a bit theoretical. Before owning them, I loved the idea of GMOP PG, which is why I got the earrings and bracelet, but something just disappoints me about them, and I finally realized that it was the warmth coming from the PG pairing (YG would do the same), so who knows how I would feel about the GMOP in WG if I actually own it. GMOP is a stone that is very photogenic, because the play of color and rainbow flashes can be captured, while in reality most of the time you look at it and it is not nearly so transcendent. So it stands to reason that photographs may capture silver and iridescent flashes in the GMOP in WG, but it may not be that amazing when just casually glancing at the wrist.

Excellent points about gmop! My personal additional hesitation is that I need black and white the most, and gray in wg might be a little too redundant. But I certainly have not seen the gmop in person other than in a pg piece. I didn't try it on so I have no idea if I could even wear the pg. I agree that it's risky to pay SO prices for something that may soon be added to the regular stock. I made the exception on the hammered all wg bracelet partly because it was available immediately, plus the fact that it may take a few years for wg to be popular again delaying additions to the wg VA line.

The main reason I didn't keep the lapis bracelet (which I did adore) was that I didn't want to have to buy more pieces to go with it. I already had the solid hammered yg bracelet which I normally wore as an accent piece with all plat/wg jewelry (not on the same arm or hand, though). I was close to ordering the yg pave earrings because I didn't like the solid yg earrings next to my face. I would have needed some kind of pendant or necklace, too. Then I decided it was crazy to be buying things I'd rarely wear to complete that set. I just did not have complementary 18k yg pieces to wear with it. I then got the wg/onyx/pave bracelet which I knew I'd wear 10+ times more often than lapis/yg and it would go with my wg pave earrings and pendant. I am trying really hard to only buy pieces I'll really wear. I tend to be a collector and not wear many things often!!!!

I love the GMOP on you

I do think GMOP works as a neutral, so one way to think of it would be that it is redundant considering your onyx and WMOP collection. Another way to think about it is that since neutrals work so well for you, it would add another option that you could interchange with another of your staple pieces for more variety.

I agree about jumping on a no-wait SO piece that came available regardless of the SO premium. I have almost texted my SA so many times to say if several SO combos happen to come up for grabs, I will take them, but something always stops me from making the commitment.

I think pairing YG hammered and WG hammered looks surprisingly wonderful together. I would never have guessed, but @pigleto972001 and @EpiFanatic have both posted this combo and I have saved these photos. Now I am second guessing, wondering if @EpiFanatic has hammered PG instead of YG, knowing her preferences.

I really appreciate your thoughts about why the lapis pave did not work for you; that it was more about building a cohesive collection based on what you already have and plan to add, versus any disappointment with the lapis pave itself. I think this comes to my dedication if I am willing to be practical (always a big “if”). My situation is the exact opposite of yours specifically, but exactly the same theoretically. I want to buy the WG onyx pave because I love it just for itself, but I am bending over backwards trying to create a collection to go with it including random SO ideas, when I already have a nice-sized YG and PG collection which I could easily pair with a YG or PG pave stone bracelet.

Since I have lead this thread so far astray, I will come back to topic with some pave pieces.

I think these photos will load in an unpredictable order, so here is a summary:

Deer in headlights, spotlight on pale face WG pave sadly awful on me. (The WG pave vintage earrings are not mine, only tried on, and the WG vintage pave pendant and WG sweet earrings have gone to a new home).

In comparison, YG pave vintage earrings and PG pave vintage pendant.

WG pave sweet earrings vs Japan LE YG sweet earrings from 2019.

PG vintage earrings alone blending into my skin vs YG alone popping.

PG pave 2 motif earrings, much better with another color motif to make the earrings blend in less. In retrospect, I think PG pave vintage single motif earrings would have worked as well, but I already had the YG pave and PG pave was not available at that time.

Perlee pave earrings and pendant. Also not mine, just tried on, but I love them so much.

Photos are mostly without makeup in PJs. A sad state of affairs. I imagine it is because I usually check tpf (and am asked for a mod photo) while I am relaxing either before work or before bed and am definitely not vain enough/am too lazy to put on makeup and real clothes just so that a photo which will live forever on the Internet is not super shameful and hideous. ???

Thank you. I really think you should try the GMOP and pave as you already have this and together they could be worn as a 10. I can’t wear mine that way because I shorten my bracelets to limit movement.

My sister was just visiting and she has the GMOP pave bracelet so I actually did just this! It looked really pretty and I wish I had taken a photo for reference.

Wow, you are right that our dilemmas are exactly the same other than different metals! What's interesting is that my hair coloring is about the same as yours, but I think I may have a stronger pink undertone in my skin which makes it easier for me to wear white gold. In your pictures, I thought you wore all the metals well. I can understand your preference for the warmer metals, though. They are all beautiful.

I am pretty sure that EpiFanatic has pink gold and wg hammered bracelets. Those would be so pretty together, probably more so than wg and yg. I haven't even thought to try the wg and yg together yet, but I will the next time I get them out. I need to try on the pg/gmop/pave sometime. I'd rather buy that than do a SO for wg/gmop if they would work. But next on my list is some white mop!

Nice pictures. I would love those pave yg sweet earrings. Hope vca eventually releases.
I think I am opposite of you. Wg looks better on me but I mostly wear yg. I have a pink undertone. The wg looks good on you, and agree that yg looks better. But you can still wear wg! I like having all 3 metals to work with and give variety to my looks.
