May i know where to get the o ring / caribbena for your luggage tag?

Hi, I got it from taobao, a Chinese e-commerce platform that ships to Singapore. However there should be similar options elsewhere? It barely fits though, I had to force it slightly It was the only one I had, but better to get a bigger one if you plan to get a similar o ring..
If I’m not wrong, taobao international ships to Australia too, but easier to navigate if you know Chinese
