I have this photo of the necklace over a black sweater that I took at the boutique. I didn't think to include it in my original posts because I reversed my sweater and thought it looked a bit awkward, but on second look, I don't think it's noticeable. I'll post one with a black tee soon.

Yes, the last pair sighting in my boutique was when you came in Dec-24. I was still toying with the idea to get this pair on my previous trip in March and came across a few pairs which were not up to my liking. When this pair was received unexpectedly at my home boutique (though the timing could have been better), I could truly see (even with a blurry screenshot) that this should be one I couldn't part with.

Indeed the current (or even pre-PI) pricings for Two Butterfly collection do not really make sense; however, with their current asymmetrical combinations that I have I would view it differently, i.e. as if I am paying for 2 pairs to get a few more pairs of butterfly to wear/mix and match
I reckoned to go ahead with YG paved pair this time because I wanted to expand my YG VCA family. Frankly, the other YG Paved candidates like VA Paved pair or YG Frivole Paved pair look meh on me. On the contrary, I feel I am not lacking of any WG Paved pair and I would still aim for WG Magic Paved pair (if possible) - this way, I no longer feel that getting the additional WG Single Butterfly as justifiable anymore (as I was initially planning for)

I would have gone with the Lapis 🦋 since I also found a very nice shade during my trip because initially I only targeted the YG paved 🦋 pair but in the end I went ahead with the Lapis 🌹 earrings and several Turquoise pairs I came across at that time weren’t that convincing enough. It still worked in my favour in the end as my local boutique received the better Turquoise pair not too long afterwards 🤞

Received my 5 motif YG guilloché bracelet today! Have had a very hard few weeks with a recent diagnosis of melanoma. Early stage so all should be good after surgery
