I have an etsy seller made a custom liner for my c18! If you want to look into it, I can give you the dimensions. I was unable to locate a premise c18 liner.

I buy from a Taiwan lady before who makes inner bag n bag pillow for hermes
but I just struggle if I should use inner bag in this verso mini C as part of the inner side will be covered by the inner bag

Ahhh I see. Well you just have to weight the pros and cons of using a liner. I like to not worry about random stuff scratching the inside so I always like to use a liner verso or not. Plus the inside flap will still have the verso color so you can still see it.
