Oh wow I always thought they were the same colour, just that people missed out the “D” sometimes but I went to the Hermes website and they do have products in both! Seems similar though. And I checked my recipes for the Constance. Mine is Rose Ete.

They're the same and share the same color code, K4. If I recall correctly it was d'Ete first and then now it's Ete.
