Ok, good to know! I have an SA that I’ve known for 6 months and don’t want to ask for B/K until I know which bag I want first, so I was curious about the general timing for K25 and B25. I know it’s been different for everyone.

Also I have weird anxiety (not serious) around saying “no” so that might be another reason why I don’t want to tell my SA yet! I don’t want her to offer me things where I keep saying no and then she doesn’t offer me anything anymore because it’s a pain. First world problems. Even though I might not buy every bag she offers I still want to know bc I’m a handbag enthusiast! Hence why I love this thread and hearing other people’s offers!

From my experience, turning down bag offers don't hurt. If it makes you feel better, I turned down the first KC I was offered (due to hardware) and the first Kelly I was offered (because it wasn't the RIGHT shade of red), and went on to have other perfect bags offered. When I first gave her my wishlist, I picked across B/K/C with specific sizes and colors; I knew I eventually wanted to get all of them, so I wasn't too fussed about the order in which I got them.

Was told something by my SA today that was a bit disappointing... apparently having an SO order actually works against you in terms of getting a quota bag. They wait until the last month (June or December) for your SO to arrive, and if it doesn’t then they start looking for something in your wishlist that counts as a quota. Therefore my order placed last Nov might be here soon, so she can’t offer me anything until December just in case the SO comes in and takes a quota spot. That explains why I wasn’t offered any quota bags until late June earlier this year! I thought it was because I spent too little money in the store and hence got a “leftover” but now it makes sense
Question for you. What would you say you spend a year for non B/K/C items to be offered bags per season. I am Relatively new in the H game (only a year) and trying to cultivate my relationship with my SA. Still trying to figure out what the right amount of spending is to be offered bags seasonally. Thank you!!

I think it really depends on the SA and your connection with him/her! It also depends on the SM too. My sa offered me a flag b35 after only purchasing one twilly from her. Fast forward 2.5 years, she has checked off at least 4 items on my wishlist within the last two months!

That’s amazing! I’m not sure how my relationship is to be honest. I am In a different state where there is no Hermes store. So I am unable to be there in person as often as I would like. It’s hard to form a relationship with email conversations lol. But I try. I purchase Something new every few months and chat along with her. But I just don’t feel like I am “there” yet you know? Just wondering if I need to purchase a large ticket item in fine jewelry or watches etc

I know how you feel! My college campus was 2.5hr drive from my home store and now I frequently travel for Instagram. I don’t always have time then and now to stop by. It seems that you already have an etoupe b from your profile pic, so you’re clearly doing something right!

Well that makes me feel better! I’ll just keep working at it from afar! Yes, that is my B25 etoupe! It was a gift from my mother as a bday present... so not from my SA yet.

Whew, thanks. That’s good to know. Lately I have been feeling less serious about what I want first and more open to just giving her a list with all sizes and colors (all in the neutral and grey family) and being open to whatever she surprises me with.

I agree that it depends on the store. I was offered a few quota bags each semester every year while waiting for my SO. I had already bought a B in the period when my SO arrived and was able to buy both.

Hi everyone,
I'm new both here at purseforum and in the hermès-club, but so stucked already..
I got my first-ever-hermès-bag four weeks ago, b35, and two days ago I was offered the must stunning K28 I could ever imagine.
Rouge casaque epsom GHW. And I said yes, of course, I thought I would had to wait a lot longer than four weeks to receive one of the bags on my list.

Next on the list is B25, and Kelly pochette, is the pochette hard to get?
I'm still open for different colors, but one favorite is the
Malachite, SOO lovely!

Beaaautiful!!!!!! So jealous. She’s perfect.

I just got my first B35 too but how’d you get offered another quota bag before the 6 months passed? I thought that was policy....

I think you should just be judicious in what you give her. When my SA first saw my list, she kept encouraging me to be more open to colors so I'll be able to get something offered. So don't be afraid to give a range of choices, but at the same time don't list every shade of gray H ever came out with. :)
