I got my k25 in December of 2016. I had only known my SA for a few months!Ohhhh they are both so beautiful! My dream is for the K25 in togo. Can I ask how long it took your SA to offer the K25?

The k25 wasn’t even on my wishlist. She just told me she had a bag and surprised me with a black ghw k25! I have an awesome sa, I know LOL.Ok, good to know! I have an SA that I’ve known for 6 months and don’t want to ask for B/K until I know which bag I want first, so I was curious about the general timing for K25 and B25. I know it’s been different for everyone.
Also I have weird anxiety (not serious) around saying “no” so that might be another reason why I don’t want to tell my SA yet! I don’t want her to offer me things where I keep saying no and then she doesn’t offer me anything anymore because it’s a pain. First world problems. Even though I might not buy every bag she offers I still want to know bc I’m a handbag enthusiast! Hence why I love this thread and hearing other people’s offers!

I gave my wishlist the second time I met my SA. It’s never too early to tell them because it does take time to find b/k. I’m sure you already know what size and hardware preference you have.
From my personal experience, it’s okay to be specific with what you want. After all, you’re the one dishing out thousands and thousands of dollars for the bag. I also know that it is possible for a SA to stop showing you things if you keep rejecting. They all have many clients, so I always feel special when I know my SA is actively looking for items on my wishlist. If you just want a 25 and are open to many colors, then say so! DON’T say you’re open to “any color” when you’re only okay with A, B, C color and you hate D. I always do my research online before saying I’m okay with “any (insert color)”. There are so many colors on the H spectrum, even if they’re in the same color family. For red, I ONLY want rc. For pink/purple, rose poupre is a big no for me.
I think the general consensus (from my friends) is that b25 is much more common than k25. Personally, I have yet to be offered a b25!You’re SA is awesome! Thank you also for your sound advice. I’m going to try and hone in on what colors I want and what areas I’m open to like leather type. Have you found that it’s easier to get offer for a k25 or b25 in neutral colors?
Has anyone been offered the new color (Abricot) in Birkin? Coz I only saw Kelly in display.

Happy birthday
What is your perfect shade of blue?
I think it varies by store! I was told that I would be able to purchase my SO even if I had already fulfilled my quota. Was told something by my SA today that was a bit disappointing... apparently having an SO order actually works against you in terms of getting a quota bag. They wait until the last month (June or December) for your SO to arrive, and if it doesn’t then they start looking for something in your wishlist that counts as a quota. Therefore my order placed last Nov might be here soon, so she can’t offer me anything until December just in case the SO comes in and takes a quota spot. That explains why I wasn’t offered any quota bags until late June earlier this year! I thought it was because I spent too little money in the store and hence got a “leftover” but now it makes sense
