So sorry. I’m a little new with Hermes, but what is a soft offer?
The offer was not yet approved by the SM and the bag was not promised to anyone else yet. But there is a high chance (no guarantee but only a high probability) to make the offer real if I expressed interest in buying it. Most of the non quota bag offers that people passed on are probably of this nature. The B or the Croc C offer that I received recently had more weight to them as those offers were discussed with SM prior to the conversation between my SA and me.
I called it a soft offer because it is not quite a real one yet. Honestly, I was glad to turn it down fast and not waste my SA's time to pursue it further. I am only interested in a RGHW for a black C.

Why not take the b30 malachite Epsom! It’s beautiful! Or wait for the k25/28 Magnolia. The K32 looks a bit bulky on your petite frame!
