I actually purchased a wg 20 motif without ever trying one before and it was horrendous on me. Did absolutely nothing for my complexion I got rid of it immediately. I think wg with a colored stone looks best on me for Alhambra. TBH I’m not in love with my vintage wg turquoise earrings but I need them to coordinate with my bracelet so they are staying

I totally understand because WG metal doesn’t look good on me either! I tried the white mop 5-motif in WG a few months back and even my SA had to shake her head and admit it did nothing for me! lol! I would honestly love to add a diamond tennis necklace that I can wear everyday in WG. And, I am pretty sure I am going the generic brand way.
You should just wear the earrings for a week straight and see if you love them. That’s how I know if I love something or not. That’s why I love diamond studs, they are so classic and gorgeous, and look good on everyone.
@eternallove4bag- I know what you mean. I so wanted to love the WMOP in WG 10 motif, but it was blah on me. It’s so nice on others though.
I do have the 5-motif bracelet and love it. The earrings washed me out too. It’s a good thing, bc I don’t need another pair of VCA earrings.
I love the WG-Perlee Signature. You should try that, and maybe with the Chalcedony bracelet? And a Perlee D’Or, all in WG?
@marbella8 I think if I ever add a WG bracelet from VCA it would either be the single row diamond perlee in WG or I might SO a Frivole piece in WG. I considered the guilloche 5-motif in WG too. Tried it multiple times and each time walked away from it for some reason. Right now I am leaning more towards adding a diamond tennis bracelet In platinum or WG and yes, again going the generic way for which I will be troubling @missie1 for her insights and guidance.
I already troubled her for thoughts on this haha! I am planning to have one made next year. I just need to settle on size. I wear my WG guilloche 5 motif with my tennis bracelet on my left hand, but I think either of the pieces by themselves are also gorgeous. Curious on this too. Tennis necklace is on this year’s list and I will likely go with 15inch. Which would require me to get an extender to wear with my 10 wg hammered. @lynne_ross The tennis bracelet is scheduled for next year for a major milestone and then the following year, hopefully the tennis necklace and solitaire stud earrings. For the tennis necklace I want something which is wearable on a daily basis because the last thing I need is another piece that will lie in the safe deposit box gathering dust! I can’t wait to see what you get this year and then learn from your experience. Please share when you get yours.

@GucciGoneWild Every classic collection needs the tennis bracelet. I have one in YG that hubby gifted 20 years back and it gets constantly shared between my daughters and me. I would love to add another one in WG or platinum, hopefully one I don’t have to share. Lol!I thought about this one long and hard honestly whether to get a luxury brand one or generic and I feel generic brand is the way to go here. I love the luxury brand pieces for their designs but for the tennis bracelet and necklace, I want to focus on just the quality of the diamonds. @marbella8 Regarding the alternating stone and pave 10-motif, I tried the malachite one and felt it was too formal to be worn on a daily basis. I do adore the pave and stone combo as a 5-motif though

planning to add the necklace in 2025 but the tennis bracelet will be next year. Need to start my research early so I can slip in the details to hubby ahead of timeOh and I better stay on topic too. So, with regards to the 10-motif conundrum, I am thinking guilloche in RG. Thoughts, ladies? Too blingy for everyday wear? If yes, then that needs to come off my consideration list. I was thinking of pairing the 10 with my 5-motif guilloche and alternating pave sometimes. But, again it needs to be a piece I can put on and forget it’s there.
