Thanks so much! I wonder if it being a plain 3 or 4 prong setting would make it less busy? I was also concerned that the diamonds might scratch the motifs (I'm considering MOP, onyx, and guilloche).
I'm trying to be better with buying things with cost per wear in mind. I have a tennis necklace on my ::hopefully:: soon list, and I'm justifying that I'll wear it casually all the time. So now I'm trying to figure out if I can wear them together, because that will justify the cost of the 10 motif. Or at least that's what I'm telling myself lol
Oh yes I heard you about the cost per wear. I think if you really want to layer it, just make sure the diamond necklace is short, like a chocker, otherwise they Wld scratch the motifs for sure. >_<

Thanks - extended by the boutique by 2 inches . So roughly 19 inches by itself and I added a 5 inch extender !

After 3 months of wearing the 10 motif on and off, I decided I couldnt stand the length and i lengthened it. By 4.5cm.
I love it so much more now, i feel more carefree and not so "choked" by it. ♡ Although it looked nice just at the nape of the collarbone but I felt like it was choking me in my head. Lol. I guess jewellry is a very individual thing
Now i am tempted to get the onyx 10 motif. Lol
