That's wonderful. Tell us more about it?
I wish I could! I have, as of this week, two pochette versions, one in Epsom and the other in hunter cowhide. I’m so new to Hermès, that I only know what I learn from the rest of you (here) or what I read online. I was shown a Gris Asphalt version at the PA store but it looked more tan than gray to me, so I passed. This is what I could find:

It;s such a fuss-free and durable bag too. According to my handbag SA they are one of the models that hardly ever comes back for repair too.
Do not know if this is true, so if someone knows, please advise.
I was told years ago by a (now deceased) friend who bought equestrian products as well as bags that the GP was made in the same shop as the equestrian products and not in the bag atelier. Possible that this was true at the time and not now.
Does anyone know? Thanks

Most of mine would be under the radar, some simply because they are out of production now. Here are the ones that are pretty UTR.

Sac Cecile from 1977. Honestly, the beautiful stitching and clever hinge are the only clues this is H.

Jockey Shoulder bag (there was also a Jockey Pochette bag). If you know H toile, you know this is H. But most people don't.

And of course- the Bolide

If there was ever a cat that made full use of "If I fitz, I sitz" it is Frieda!

Thank you jyyanks! (I still covet your beautiful Dalvy!) I need to go look. I think Bababebi said Veau Graine'. I'd have to go look through my information to recall what that means. I do remember she said it was not the same thing as a Courcheval type leather.

Oh my god! It has me at crossbody. Why do I have to see this right before I head to my home store to pick up just one bag.

Thank you kathydep! I found it in nearly new condition (from 1982). I have a little bit of a thing for toile items....it's actually pretty easy to care for as textiles go. My Evelyne is toile as well.
Me too! But sadly, I dont have one currently in my collection. I’m admiring from afar for now and your baby is a dream. What made this bag extra special to me is that little paddock cheval button because I’ve been collecting the charm the last couple of years. Please post mod pics if you are willing. Thank you!!

Yes- the button is so cute! There was an all leather version of this too, but I don't think they had the top handle and they show up on the bay now and then.

Here's one from my SOTD archives:
