Shall I go and accept my coach casino bag that has few pen marks cost $45

Yesterday I just received my coach casino bag I ordered online and i think with the price I paid it is good enough and it's hard to decide because it is cute. But except on the few pen marks I discovered on the inside of the back slip pocket and the seller said it has no tear and stain.

Since you call this a 'casino' bag, I'm assuming it's vintage. Ink is a particular hate of mine. It looks like you can't see the marks when the pocket is in a normal position. They look light, and may lighten more if you rehab the bag. I vote to keep it, but try to clean it. I'd keep it for $45. The leather still looks very nice. Hopefully, the rehab tips work.
Maybe, you can see if seller may knock off another $5-10 due to the undisclosed pen marks...
