She was mostly a friend of LV, she only was in one season of ad campaigns for them. Needless to say I think its a very smart move. one of the biggest drawbacks COACH has had is not having ample marketing or celebrity endorsements. Yes lately a lot more celebrities have been seen carrying COACH again, but they really need to have an A-lister like selena gomez as the face of COACH. That being said she has been seen carrying our bags for years, back to the mini borough, and she has a great sense of personal style which I think could definitely translate into design.

Would you consider her an A lister?? I know Kate Moss posed with a few Mickey items and I still don't know what Chloe Grace Moritz is known for, but it's true -- no "household name" celebrities.

EDIT: All of a sudden I had a scary thought -- I don't think Miley Cyrus has wormed her way into modeling for Coach...YET! Heh heh.

As someone else who have stated above Coach might be using Selena to help design for the younger generation. Although I`m not a fan of Selena I do hope she makes some designs that do appeal to younger people. I would not mind purchasing something from her line if the color schemes or designs fit me since I am in my early 20`s and the current designs for Coach as of now seems to be geared towards more mature or older people in general. I`m also petite so the dark color schemes and the designs of the bags seriously makes me look like a little girl carrying a big girl`s bag. I think this would be great for them if they want to appeal to the younger generation. As of now on the Coach site the only design that actually made me buy from Coach for the first time was that Daisy Field Print Pebble cross body clutch. If Coach really does make more designs that suits the younger generation then I would not mind purchasing more from Coach. At the same time I think Coach needs to find a balance in making products that appeal to both older and younger generations so that one does not overpower the other.
