A bunch of my auctioned ended yesterday and when I went to check the "Items I've Sold" section of my eBay, I had a noticed that 3 of the items I sold are eligible for Second Chance Offers. Does that mean that the winning bidder has changed his/her mind and opted not to complete the transaction?
The terms of my auction state that the winning bidder must pay me within 72 hours. It has only been 24 hours, but that notice has me concerned. I've never had a nonpaying winner before.
