They did a great job. I did not have to pay for it. I took it to the Madison store and they fixed it right on the spot.

You should see the leather flap on my Herbag. It's worse than my Kelly. I looks like I put the bag in a food processor.

Sleepwalking?

My nails aren't even that long. But that can be the only conclusion. Scratching every time I open the bag. It is a bit cumbersome to get into.
