Scratched Kelly Epsom!

OMFG I just scratched my new Kelly will my fingernail trying to tie my twilly!!! It’s not major but I haven’t even had my bag for a full week yet Can the spa fix this?

I'm glad everything worked out, now I have a solution whenever that excruciating time comes that I accidentally scratch my epsom mini K. Fingers crossed.

I can't even see it, @FashionHuntress! They did a great job! I'll have them do the same to mine when I next visit. Wish they offered that option to me in the first place.

The scratch doesn’t look all that noticeable if any at all in your photos. I hope you can get the most enjoyment out of her. This really reminds me of a bag I have (not an Hermes bag and totally different material); light scratches that aren’t all that noticeable but you know they’re there. I just accept that these are what they are in my relationship with the bag hh. Your bag is beautiful!!

The first scratch hurts the most. But in my opinion, as soon as a new bag is not pristine any more and I am over that I wear it much more and with a much more relaxed feeling.

So true! I’m usually careful with my Hermès bags. Now that it has its first scratch I can definitely relax

They did a great job. I did not have to pay for it. I took it to the Madison store and they fixed it right on the spot.

I honestly didnt even know that epsom could be scratched unless large pressure/abrasion is applied to the leather. Either way, the repair looks wonderful and now it has some character.
