My Kelly gets scratches every time I use it. And I have no idea how I'm doing it.

Yes, please keep me posted. Hoping you will have a better outlook. This was an eye opening experience for me; I like Epsom for its durability in the Sellier format, but ironically it doesn't appear to be repairable, so I try to be more careful when I wear my bag.
