I'd keep the scarf ring's weight in mind due to most 70s being flat silk and finer in the hand (than twills). I'd also keep it simple.

That said, I use Mors Fillet with 70s most often. They are a very good combo, you can get really creative, formal and neat or casual and natural just depending on the knotting.
Thank you. I like classic and simple so will take a look!

For anyone interested in the pegase scarf ring, my permabrass one arrived yesterday. A few quick pics: apologies as the light is not great and I had less than 5 minutes to try a few quick options before it got wrapped and put under the tree.

As @Nomad and @LKBNOLA mentioned, it’s a different shape than other rings I’ve seen. It’s slightly squared at the back, so grips reasonably well and will accommodate the tails of a CSGM, as well as working on a 90. This makes it really versatile for me, as I don’t really have any other good options for cashmere. I am a little worried about it sliding off a 90, as this needs to be oriented vertically. It’s seems secure enough on stiffer silks, and holds securely on a bias fold. I haven’t tried it with a softer silk. It is larger overall than I was expecting.

The colour is very pretty; not as high shine on the face as the palladium, so you can actually see the detail a little better. Interestingly it looks cooler-toned on the black and white shawl and more gold on the intense blue, though that could be the camera adjusting.

Thank you so much @Lellabelle!!! You can really see the permabrass color pop on your blue foncé Three Graces. If anyone wants to compare with the palladium, my post on it was moved to the Scarf Ring thread...

Thank you, @LKBNOLA. Maybe this will get moved too? Hoping it’s okay to post this here - first saw this SS2025 scarf ring in this thread and immediately started hunting for it!

Beautiful! Mine arrived last night - I haven’t had a chance to play with it. I was torn between palladium and permabrass, and then palladium disappeared - so the decision was made for myself (hehe). I have a lot of scarves and shawls with plenty of gold in them and I do wear gold and gold tone jewelry so I expect it to be versatile.. I think it is striking and unusual so happy to be your twin! (And twins on Claire de Lune!)

Thank you for sharing this Lellabelle! It looks fantastic on your Claire de Lune and definitely pops on your Three Graces. So wonderful to hear that you think it will do well for CSGM formats. I love the presence it has, and the richness and warmth of the permabrass. Still waiting (impatiently!) on mine.

I do dog agility with my dogs and my darling little slate and white chinese crested looks like a flying pony when he soars over the jumps. I can't get enough of pegasus designs because they remind me of him!

What a fabulous action shot! I can totally see why you need this one!

It will certainly take the tails of a cashmere, and it’s possible to move it higher if only using one corner - perhaps an opportunity to feature it above a knot this way? I need to play around with it a bit. It’s a lovely way to secure a cowboy tie though, which is how I wear my CSGM 90% of the time!

Looking forward to seeing you you style yours when you get it 👍

I picked up a few scarves yesterday in Paris, and I’m absolutely in love with Botanica Grafica 06 and 05!!

What a glorious clutch of scarves but can we also talk about the scarf rings. Is that a chain d'ancre in leather? Please could you give a bit more info and pics. I haven't checked the scarf ring thread so you may already have done so. Many thanks.

Thank you so much, they are rather lovely. How do they glide on being leather and would they work with 90s, CS 140s and CS triangles? I haven't seen them on the UK website yet but I'll keep a look out. Many thanks.

Hello, @Szpp! I have this ring in Rouge H Sellier and have found it works fine on a 90 and even with the tails of a CSGM-- and in fact though it says it is for 70, I found it a tiny bit heavy and need to play with it more on 70 ties. The holes are definitely smaller, but if you keep the tie low or pull only one tail through each side, it works perfectly well. I did have anxiety about the leather and ran my fingers around it several times before pulling but it seems safe enough... Here it is on a CSGM:

thank you for this - gosh, stunning combo - the leather works so well with the scarf piping incredibly elegant and so simply tied - utter perfection. Out of curiosity, and using these two images as an example, do you find the scarves sit nicely throughout the day or do you find you are shuffling and tweaking. Many thanks.

Thank you @Szpp! Both of these ties stayed put-- I wore the outfit in photo two on a short road trip to a family gathering and did not have to adjust for the whole time I wore it. The tie in photo 2 held up perfectly also. Almost as well as just knotting. I imagine because the cashmere is thicker at the tails than a 70 would be!
