And my two scarf goodies, Manufacturers and Zenobie along with my green theme silk that I wore during my trip Ors Bleus d'Afrique. Have a great holiday weekend all!
What a wonderful detail on that Manufacture! I hardly noticed it because the scarf looks so great on you, each corner making a different effect. And that Zenobie! I can't wait for more action shots because that one is simply spectacular on you. How fun to see these pictures and relive our shopping. I feel like an aunt!

Spring is here - and maybe a bit of summer too! Les Quatre Saisons.

I love those happy squirrels! This scarf is beautiful.

Had to stop in to see the ManusXMachina exhibit at the Met - one of the best shows I've seen on fashion and technology including a lovely showing of Raf Simons dresses for Dior during his all too short duration at the house. Please watch the terrific documentary Dior and I. I found it really interesting to see how a collection is developed and staged.

Thanks for sharing the Met photos and I love your yellow Manufacturers against the black and white check.

Look what came in the mail today -- just in time for Pastel Week!

Face Au Large -- figureheads on the prows of ships by Dominik Jarlegant, who also designed my turtle scarf, De Madras a Zykanthos. This is one of the softest, drapiest scarves ever!

Such a great addition, ABQ2ATL. It's lovely.

Oh my gosh!! I love all your scarfs and you look amazing wearing the pink scarf with black leather!

papertiger, thank you for sharing your wonderful selection with us!

Fantastic scarves, dear PT, especially the two MTs and Marwari dd - what a gem :smile1:

Look at those details on the henna... This is why I love H scarves!

Oh my an amazing collection papertiger, and you absolutely must wear your CDC MT, it is so elegant!

More beauties papertiger, and you look so chic in the moto jacket with the scarf!

:ty: everyone

This is the pale blue background Hippopolis with white (no-color) horses -- the one that the H website featured in this little video:
https://vimeo.com/144620281
(and no, there's not a horse with green pants on the scarf!)
I also have the dark version with the brown horses, which I think is more "me" than the pastels.

Beautiful contributions to Theme Week, papertiger -- I need to renew my hunt for CdH!

Thanks for this, I'd forgotten about this vid, so cute, and yes, Chants is quite beautiful

What an absolute beauty (from every angle)!

Perfection with the blk/wht gingham

Is the Zenobie new? Such a strong and feminine scarf, love it

Not sure if this is pastel or green week, you've seen most of my pastels but I wouldn't even know where to start with my green I have so many.

Here are my most recent editions

BT in green-gold (nothing like the colour pictured on h.com) and even more fitting because I was actually wearing it today

And not only green (in the border) but also my second only Hd'O design (theme from previous week)- Special Ed. charity Tatersale for the Queen's 90 Bday

Of course you're already wearing that totally wonderful ModernismeTropicale
This has to be a case of a scarf finding the true wearer .I predict you'll be wearing it the most of any silk ever!!
And as ever you make the Tatersale Queenie 90 look amazingly young and fresh .
Inspiring!:D

What a fun week with all those tender greens and pastels!
:dothewave::dothewave: You were all fabulous for spring!
Here comes the new Theme -- and don't forget that you can always go to the first page of the thread and see what's coming up!

Here's a hint for this week:

29 May 2016 ONE SCARF, TWO (or more) TOPS: make scarves pop on different backgrounds
(Try something out of your comfort zone and see what happens!)

This week make your carré pop
By putting on a different top!
Instead of light, just for a lark,
Pair it with a shirt that’s dark.
If you prefer a darker scheme,
Then try a dress or top in cream.
Change it up for something new
And find a brand-new look for you!

That's so gorgeous! Love the tops - they make each scarf look so different. Must go dig up a few of my own photos...

This is a topic dear to my heart -- I spend a fair amount of time with a new scarf, holding it up to various tops, trying them on and tying the scarf different ways...
For example, I think it's interesting that matching one color to a top makes the others colors stand out, rather than emphasizing it.

:ty:Oh, these are so very lovely; thank you all for sharing this beauty!

However, although it has a bright green in it I'm keeping my 'Les Fetes de Roi de Soleil' for a bright multicoloured theme; the jaquarded fireworks are stunningly beautiful, and my daughter has kindly rowed me around the lakes at Versailles for two years running.

I shall have to prevail upon her to do so again; where better place to model that scarf? :cloud9:

Thank you

BT is already one of my very favourites, how did I ever live without it? Shopping at Lidl was never so glamourous! :D
