WOW! Gorgeous.Thank you for the sweet comments, frou frou, Hat Trick, Bova123, Croisette7, CanuckBagLover, MrsWasik, scarf1, peppers90 and Katherine Q.
And so glad to know that bunnycat and eagle1002us are fellow beaders!
No wirework for this one except for the jump rings to attach clasp and ear wires. Most of the components were made on board dreary flights, so in lieu of needle, thread and scissors, I used fishing line meant for craftwork, acceptable solution in this case because the seed beads protected the line from getting cut by the much fewer crystals and bugles.
Back to topic, I'm wearing the necklace today as it goes with my other greenie: Bocage which I couldn't resist because the birdies remind me of Angry Birds![]()

Oh my gosh! Such a fun and fantastic scarf! I love the ways you have tied it as well. Finally getting organized to post my SOTD today...somewhat a pastel??? Ok, not really, mostly pretty bright, but I wanted to finally share my new belated Mother's day purchases from DC (my other purchase I'll post on the Ode to 70's thread). Of course our lovely Pirula, had a lot to do with me picking out this fun scarf, and I am so glad she convinced me to get it. Shown here tied a couple of different ways to show off different areas of the design, including MYH's most recent scarf tying idea on her showcase thread.

Thank you scarf1!
Thank you Croisette! You have a good eye, it is indeed a DVF dress!
I love this. especially the gavroche! I understand about pastels being tricky, but when they work, they're quite lovely.
Thank you essiedub! You're right, I think I should.....
Well. This is absolutely lovely Sickgrl....
What a wonderful collection of greens pegase, and you wear them so well as always!
Oh my, I love this design and this CW is so pretty sickgrl!
Both looks are fab! Your moussie is divine!
Just gorgeous! I would love to see more of your work!
So pretty!
Sickgirl, your Lumières is dreamy!
Love the soft pinks on you!In general, soft greens and pastels and I are not often on good terms....but I do have a couple that fit this week.
Meant to post this one I wore yesterday, which has some very pretty spring green tidbits, and the overall effect is soft tones because its a plisse and also a mousse.

and then today a gavroche with plenty of soft greens and pastels...I didn't wear it for a while because of the pastels and thought I might be getting ready to send it along in to the wide world, but of course, now I love it again....

It was created for a company gala dinner. I wore it with a salwar kameez that was dripping in sequins and gold thread, so the necklace had to out-glitter the outfit
So just one small off-topic photo![]()
