Thank you canuckbaglover! All of these are just gorgeous on you!![]()
Gorgeous sandysummer, it is freezing here too!!
So chic froufrou, and a great, yet somehow disturbing design lol!!Just remembered I still have another Annie Faivre , Le Temps de Marionettes , it was a favourite a few years ago and here are some old photos of me playing around with it then in front of an ancient spotty mirror .
I won't part with it because it's fairly well worn and not worth selling.
I saw ABQ2ATL has a lovely blue one, mine is a muted coral red .
Just in time to finish out AF week...of course I changed my mind on the Black and White scarf...returned my CI and got the Zenobie instead. I truly am happier with this one after all...the design, the balance of the colors, are more "me". Thanks for letting me share and for all of your kind words about my CI! You guys are the best![]()

Thank you so much froufrou, I can tell already it is the right choice, I am so excited to wear it right away, whereas with the CI I kept thinking would I really grab it over other silks that I have? Anyway, I am headed over to the grail thread to check out your new silk!Bova
I thrilled for you , this is much ,much more beautiful and flattering and I 'm sure you will be as thrilled with it tomorrow as today , it truly is stunning and not harsh as I fear the other one could be , especially against all black . I truly love this on you .
I did find a gem of a neutral silk which I posted on the Grail thread .I felt it would look amazing on black [and nothing like your gorgeous Zenobie ]
Thank you so much Pirula, I am much happier with this one! Your fellow DC-area friend perfumegirl was right on this one[emoji122]🏻[emoji122]🏻[emoji122]🏻. Excellent choice! [emoji12]
It looks perfect.
I enjoyed a very successful trip to H today, and like froufrou, I truly appreciate being able to invest in such beautiful pieces and to be able to share with you on these forums. I apologize that my pics are always so huge...don't know how to change that. I got my first mousseline, Under the Waves, and oh my it feels like a piece of heaven around my neck!! Next I picked my black and white scarf...decided on Collections Imperiales after all. It is the one that gave me most of the true B & W look that I was looking for. And lastly, being totally inspired by pocketbook pup, I picked up my first bandana!! Who knew???

It is Chinese New Year and the plum trees are in bloom. A pretty scene from this morning's walk with pup. La Charmante pochette and the Marwari dipdye for end of AF week!
Ready to go out this evening for light dinner too. Quick change to silk pleated jacket!
I really do love it a lot! And the cashmere format doesn't look as casual as I worried it would on me (at least I don't think so). That is very true about H. I rarely end up leaving with what I came there for. Usually other things catch my eye and everytime I go I find something new to love.
H has definitely expanded my wardrobe a lot and gotten me into things that I typically wouldn't go for, that are out of my comfort zone... etc.
I never paid much attention to the shawls before this one to be perfectly honest. I will have to give them more of a chance from now on. Thank you!!
I love and enjoyed everyone's monkies gathering this week! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your fabulous mod pics and a shot of plum tree flowers.
I'm happy I'm finally back again this week. As I promised, I'd love to share my monkies and my mod pic. I hope you will find "plum tree like " plants on my right.

My first scarf was an Annie Faivre - Promenade de Platon. I thought I would only ever buy one and loved this pattern as it fits with my love of the ancient world and the colours are my favourites. Sorry about the quality of the photo as it was taken quite a long time ago, before I got more used to my iPad camera! I have been too ill this week to take a new one.

Thank you for all of your input perfumegirlCongrats on your big trip to Hermes Bova! I love the UTW mousse on you. I am definitely going for one of my own too so will have to see which cw loves me back.
As for the bw CI, color me wrong. The white border looks great on and definitely adds a pop to your outfit. I love it. I truly do and I originally thought it was too dark to try on at the store. Also, the reason why I personally prefer lighter mixes of bw is because I tend to wear more black than white, even in summer, so neutral shoes/ bag and a whiter scarf gives me that extra pop.
But of course you know how I feel about Zenobie. [emoji173]️ I may get one of my own but probably the prune with brick red border because I've already got so many bw scarves.
Per usual you totally make my day eternallove4bag:sigh: have I told you my dear that you chose an amazing CW and design that looks SPECTACULAR on you? You tie it beautifully my dear Bova [emoji7][emoji173]️[emoji7][emoji173]️
