Yes, it makes me mad how it's poofing because of the way I'm stretching my arms to take selfie and I look like a 59 GGGGG. Ugh.
Speaking of dress, how do you like my Pirula Economics: my scarves make it possible for me to wear that dress to work (too much décolletage otherwise), thus lowering the cost per wear of that dress easily by a factor of 4. Ergo, my scarves are subsidizing themselves. Yessiree. [emoji736]
A few months back I was gifted a treasure trove of scarves - which includes many Hermes, Chanel, Gucci, Celine and a multitude of other scarves. Included were these two gorgeous scarves that meet this weeks theme. I am absolutely in love with both...
Hello scarfies! This thread moves at lightning pace! I am so hopelessly behind, But to all of you- so much beauty!
I realize I have lots of jewel toned scarves, but not many with actual jewels!
Ok, here are a few from me:
1. Au Coeur de la vie- in jewel tones.
2. Ballet Aquatique in jewel tones, plus the flower leis are jewelry!
3. Bal masqué- lots of jewels
4. Les Paisiennes- one of a few ladies wearing jewelry.
The last 3 are all 70s - since I missed posting that week!
JetsetGo, what a beautiful Tapis...my favorite cw! However, Toro definitely steals the show! He is just darling!!! He reminds me so much of my little guy, especially when mine was a baby and had longer hair. Mine is a Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu. I can see your little guy has the same big personality!![]()
Very clever Pirula economics.
I also use the "Cost per Use" approach Cost Per Use = Cost/# of wearings.
This methodology can be used to justify a wide range of expensive purchases (including H!) and I have even convinced DH.....
