Silkies....I took them out of their boxes!! My two Siestes in the same colorway!!!I need to find Greengoddess--- she is also crazy about this design and cw. I think this is the most beautiful silk I have bought in years!! Absolutely takes my breath away. Will wear again tomorrow!!And then, I had to show you how this cw matches Rouge H, my favorite Hermes color ever!!
Thank you Pocketbook Pup, Bostonjetset, eternallove4bag, and lanit!!
lanit, your enamel is fabulous!!!
I found a couple photos I posted on the forum way back when I first acquired this and the GM cashmere. I'll post more current pics tomorrow.

As a side note: Watermark your photos!! Before I watermarked these, they were stolen from me and used by an online seller without permission.
To add insult to injury, the site said the photos were copyrighted. :censor:
Thank you scarf - which one did you decide upon?
Your very welcome Tango. I have to admit I haven't worn the fandarole necklace in quite some time. I think it feels very dressy for me, but it is great to wear out to dinner or an event occasionally. I love the patina on it now.
Thanks again dear and for sure a lot of people are excited to see the larger format next spring!
The mother of all grails! Would love to see you modeling it HNN! Here's the companion bracelet I hunted down before they disappeared!
Sieste is such a fabulous Honore design. I can't wait to see the GMS next season! I wonder if it will come in a summer twill the following season? I would love a mousse in this design too.

Quite a selection! Twins on the au coeur de la vie, sisters on a few others...I've been lurking here for the past week or two. Thoroughly enjoying Aline Honore week. Two things have struck me after seeing everyone's scarves and shawls.
First, there are so many that I didn't realize were by Aline Honore (which is why I love this thread - always learning something). Second, the variety of her work is quite amazing. Some artists have an identifiable signature or style - Annie Faivre and Alice Shirley are two that quickly come to my mind. But I'm still trying to figure out if Aline Honore has one. I haven't been able to track down any information about her. Does anyone know? Wish Hermes would post bios of the artists on their website.
Anyways, inspired by this week I went through and gathered my small collection of Aline Honore scarves. I'm not wearing them unfortunately because its CSGM weather here and I don't have any Aline Honore CSGMs (though I can't wait for Sieste to come out and a Femme aux Semelles is on my wish list).
So here is my little contribution for the week.![]()
Andalousie has always reminded me of a beautiful courtyard fountain I saw in the Marina district in San Francisco - no doubt the fountain I saw was inspired by the real thing in Spain. Some Oldies.... Andalousie and Pelages et Camouflage
