Croisette, your Beloved India: I die. It's divine.

That pink is the perfect Indian pink too. At certain times of the year that color was bursting everywhere in Delhi; the blooms, the saris. It's one of the things I remember most. That pink, and an incredible orange and a very specific saffron yellow. I truly believe it is the most colorful country in the world. Certainly that I have seen, and I've been fortunate enough to travel extensively. If I ever have the good fortune to find a Beloved India of my own, it can only be in this color, because it says "India" to me. Wear it in the best of health. Beautiful!

Oh! And! I really like how you're wearing this pochette in a wider fold. Very pretty. Noting down for later. :winkiss:

Thank you so much, Pirula! You have lived in India and remember all the bright colors so
it is a must have for you. I cross my fingers that you will find one very soon! I paid a visit
to my consignment shop this afternoon and brought a Maharaja scarf home. I think you
are interested too. I'll post a pic for you.

Lovely Croisette! I like the pairing of the Porte Bonheur with your flowery top, very clever! When I first got into scarves I thought I had to wear plain tops all the time but now I am getting into pattern mixing, such fun. makes getting dressed more interesting..
So glad I am twinettes with you on Beloved India, it's such a striking, vibrant scarf, looks almost as if colours painted on. I think it will be a great all year round scarf, it will cheer me up on dark winter days..
Pudfish, thank you. I thought it goes well with the same color combo. Yes, the BI is truly a most loved
treasure.

Thankfullly, not the same one pudfish, I actually had bid on the one from Edinburgh and lost. The shipping is not too bad from there, less than some from some other sellers I have seen. Now back to topic ;)

Love your new to you Casques et Plumets pudfish, I am feeling a need for this design after our Julie Abadie week as well lol!

Thank you croisette! :smile1:

Wow, congratulations pirula, this is gorgeous!! I have the same design in the blue colorway and absolutely love it!!

A huge congratulations to you! It's beautiful on you.

Pirula, congratulations! It is superb and I understand your joy!

Thank you very much pudfish, pocketbook pup, and croisette! She makes me so happy, I just want to dance around like a 3 year old.....

Thank you bova! I somehow missed your post when I was multi-quoting. I've never seen this one in the blue. It should be spectacular. I do hope you'll model it for us sometime.

Hmmmm, what the heck with the sideways pic? Humph.

Pirula, if you are into Indian themed scarves, there is also one called Indian Dust, where at least one CW has a lot of what I believe is "your" pink. It pops up on the Bay sometimes, so good luck hunting :-)

Thank you eliwon. I've seen it and it's lovely.

So about 20 yrs old croisette. Very interesting.

I've got my eye on Legende Moghole and of course Beloved India right now. After that, who knows?? Fantasies Indiennes was my first. [emoji5]️

Getting in under the weekly wire with New Orleans Jazz in light blue? Pale turquoise? Baby blue?
