Since I am mostly a consumer and less a contributor, I'll share the majority of my 90s and some lightweight/ moussies this week. I realize that I am a huge purple, blue and pink fan with a dash of neutrals. Probably need to branch out a bit more but these are what work for me right now. Love seeing everyone's rainbow of colours. You have a beautiful collection. :smile1:

You're doing something right!! Bc I would've thought your collex was more scarves than this... You must be wearing them so well!! I never did find les Cannes in the grey with the blue border. :(

Thank you bunnycat!! As you wear fuchsia so well! :)

Thanks JP! I do have a few more scarves than these but not nearly as many as some of the lovely ladies on here. :D I only posted the ones that have yellow in them. This Les Cannes is the gavroche size. I have seen it pop up on h.com recently when I've been looking for other selections...you still have a chance to grab one!

It is a wonderful collection bostonjetset. You have some very special pieces. It's very french to have a few pieces that you wear extraordinarily well, and you do.

Thank you dear. You are too kind.

I definitely associate you with yellow ever since you modeled your Jonques et Sampans a while back. You rocked it!

Thanks MomaS! The Jonques gets the most compliments of any in my collection. :D

These are truly lovely bostonjetset, and I can see how they would shine on you!

Adorable bunnycat, and I love your Hapi's together!

I can relate to these colors perfumegirl, many of the same colors in my humble collection!

Thank you Bova :D

My collection is much smaller than most of you lovely scarfies and it is pretty much all over the place as far as the primary color of each piece goes. As such, I was going to sit this week out. However, I figured even a small contribution would be fun and I discovered that one color that pops up in several of my scarves is yellow...at least as an accent color. Here are a few of my collection featuring yellow.
Yellow can be tricky for me to wear at times, but love it as an accent colour. Great pieces - love your Sampan - that is one on my wish list!

Funny you should say this sparkle...about what colors we love vs what colors look best on us. Which those can be very different. Lol. ;). As it is for me... I love orange! But it doesn't always work great for me. And I know whenever I wear red, I always get compliments. I guess it complements my skin tone. But I don't typically buy red scarves!! Hahaha!! Never drawn to them. And surprisingly last week when I was at the boutique, I thought I would break out of the norm and actually go for a red Confessions!! I wanted the turquoise and the lavender cws, but the lavender didn't wow me as I thought it would. I would've bought both the turquoise and the red but I was being good. Kept it to just one cw that day. Lol ;). Can't say it'll be one cw by the end of the season. But for now. Lol ;). And here she is: (Very tonal today. My thing. Lol. My uniform.) I know, a white shirt wouldn't made the scarf pop but I wasn't about drawing too much attention to the scarf today. :)

You look terrific and this is a lovely colour on you. Perfectly coordinated from your scarf to your shoes!

It is such a great idea to look at one's collections and see the color choices.

I had my colors done about 25 years ago by a woman called Suzanne Caygill. She supposedly originated the concept when she worked in Hollywood in the 30's. I did some research on her afterwards and apparently that information was correct. She held classes for 20 or so in her East Side apartment on Saturdays. I think she also did individual consults.
I was doing Feldenkrais at the time, and my practitioner recommended her, so I and my friend signed up for a class, $350 I recall which was fairly pricey then.

Anyway, it was wonderful and I learned a lot. I still have her chart. I was told to never wear white or black only creamy white and navy. My best color was apple green and peach. I am a warm spring.

The two most flattering scarves I've owned are Tsubas in peach/cream (lost unfortunatley) and Luna Park in green/cream. Aux Portes in a periwinkle type shade looks great too.

Somehow when I buy scarves, my eye always goes to blues, and some blues are not best for me. Live and learn. Anyway, I'm going to sort out my scarves later.

Meanwhile my scarf of the day is ...........Jardins de Nouvelle Angleterre. .

Okay, on the colorful picture the end ones are Offrandes d'un Jour on one end (the purple) and L'Ivresse de L'Infini on the other.

On the more neutral pic, they are Tyger Tyger (the dark one) and Bateau Fleuri.

Is that what you needed? I don't know the cw's for Offrandes and L'Ivresse, I got them both resale, perhaps another lucky twin can answer. Tyger is cw 15, and Bateau is cw 06.

Thank you very much, Pirula! I love your collection - envious in a good way of all these goodies I am seeing. Not good for my bank account, haha. I really like tyger shawl in the cw you have and in black/white. Curious as to how these cashmere/silk shawls hold up - do they snag easily?
